A secondary school in Birmingham is seeking a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join their team from September 2026 on a long-term supply basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising classes across KS3 and KS4 in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. You will ensure that students remain focused on the work set, maintain high standards of behaviour, and provide a positive and productive learning environment throughout the school day.

- Be organised, adaptable, and able to work independently
- Be committed to supporting students’ learning, well-being, and achievement
- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, Learning Mentor, Sports Coach, Youth Worker, or Graduate would be highly beneficial.
