- Undertake timely assessments to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children
- Manage a caseload of approximately 23, allowing for focused and effective practice
- Participate in a duty rota (1 week in every 4), ensuring a balanced workload
- Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to make informed safeguarding decisions
- Produce high-quality assessments and plans in line with statutory requirements
