About the Role We are currently recruiting for a committed and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Tulse Hill (SW2), Lambeth.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support to pupils with high needs SEN
- Assist with personal care where required, maintaining dignity and respect at all times
- Support pupils’ learning, behaviour, and emotional development
- Implement strategies from EHCPs and guidance from the SENCO
- Promote a structured, safe and inclusive learning environment
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
- Proven experience working with high needs SEN pupils
- Confidence and willingness to support personal care needs
- A calm, patient and nurturing approach
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- A genuine passion for supporting children with complex needs
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Experience in a primary school setting
- Training such as Team Teach, manual handling, or safeguarding
- A supportive and inclusive school community
